Rental Policy

We keep things simple, safe, and transparent.Our rental policy is designed to give you peace of mind from the moment you book your TukTuk until the end of your adventure. From flexible license options and unlimited kilometers to full insurance coverage and island-wide pickup, we make sure your journey is smooth and worry-free.

All bookings must be made online through our secure system.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
If applicable, digital deposit refunds are processed within 5 business days.

You must have one of the following license options:
Option A – We Provide Your Local License: For $40, we handle all paperwork and have your local Sri Lankan driving permit ready by the time you arrive (1 business day).
Option B – You Arrange Your Own License: Bring a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) with a “Type B” endorsement, and visit the AAC in Colombo to obtain your local license (approx. $21 / 4 hours).

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental begins.
Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Pick up or drop off your TukTuk anywhere on the island.
Delivery services available between cities like Kandy, Hatton, Ella, Nanu Oya, etc., starting from $49 (fuel excluded).
Please confirm locations at least 24 hours in advance.

Every rental includes a comprehensive driving lesson.
We continue the lesson until you’re fully comfortable and road-ready.

Unlimited kilometers are included in every rental.
Fuel is not included, unless otherwise specified.
Return the TukTuk with the same fuel level it had upon pickup.

We provide comprehensive insurance for the vehicle, driver, and third parties.
All mechanical repairs needed during the trip are fully covered.
Customer liability may apply in cases of misuse or negligence.

Every TukTuk is cleaned, inspected, and maintained before rental.
Please return the vehicle in a clean and undamaged condition.
Report any issues as soon as they arise.

Add-ons like baby seats, seatbelt-equipped TukTuks, surfboard racks, Bluetooth speakers, and coolers are available.
Request these in advance during booking.
